GEM Covenant Group Meeting

Growing Effective Ministries (GEM) covenant group gathering for clergy and laity of small membership churches in the North Georgia Conference will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 from 9am-12n at Briarcliff UMC. This meeting will be held in conjunction with Connections 18:20which is a Conference support group under the Nurture team for those who are passionate about issues that affect children and youth of small membership churches while seeking to live into the tenents of Matthew 18:20, “For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them.” 
 
GEM, which serves as a Conference-wide covenant group for laity and clergy of small membership churches. All clergy and laity of small membership churches are invited to attend as well as teachers, age coordinators, and ministry directors (paid or unpaid) to share ideas, support each other in our challenges, and search for solutions for nurturing our children and youth in the faith.
